If you're not satisfied with the work, you can open a dispute before confirming completion. Our support team reviews the case and mediates between the parties. In the worst case, the money can be refunded in full or in part.

What does it cost to use Helpo?

It's completely free to create an account and post jobs. We charge a small service fee when a job is successfully completed. Contractors can choose different subscription plans for increased visibility and more applications.

How long does it take to get paid?

As soon as the customer confirms that the job is complete, the money is released immediately. The payout to your bank account usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes, we use bank-level security with encrypted connections and partner with certified payment providers. We never store your complete card details.

Can I use Helpo without a company?

Yes, both individuals and companies can use Helpo. As a customer, you don't need a company. As a contractor, you can work as an individual (with F-skatt - Swedish tax registration for self-employment) or through your company.
