We're here when you need us

Can't find the answer in the help center or FAQ? Create a support ticket and we'll get back to you β€” usually within one business day.

Create a ticket

  1. Go to Support in your dashboard
  2. Click New ticket
  3. Choose a category (billing, technical, account …)
  4. Describe your issue in as much detail as you can

Is the issue about a specific job? Create the ticket from the job page and the job is linked automatically.

Follow your tickets

Under Support you see all your tickets and their status. When support has replied, the ticket is marked New reply β€” open it to read and respond in the thread.

No account?

You can always email us at support@helpo.nu. With an account it's faster though, since we can see your jobs and payments directly.
