Helpo is built so that two parties who don't know each other can exchange work for money with minimal risk. We do this through verification, reviews, and saved communication.

Verification badges

• F-tax — the provider has a registered F-tax certificate, checked by Helpo
• Company — organization number provided and checked
• Student — verified student status (Helpo Mini)

Reviews you can trust

Only parties who have actually completed a job together can leave reviews. Reviews are double-blind — they're published only when both parties have written theirs, so no one can adjust their rating based on the other's.

Communication log

All chat happens on the platform and is saved. This protects both parties in case of misunderstandings and serves as evidence in disputes. Never share contact details or pay outside the platform — that's when you lose the protection.
