Getting started as a customer

Welcome to Helpo

Helpo connects you with verified service providers for everything from cleaning to construction. Here's how to get started.

1. Create an account

Sign up with email or Google — it's free and takes under a minute. As a customer you never pay to use the platform; you only pay for the jobs you book.

2. Post a job

1. Click Create job
2. Describe what you need help with — the clearer, the better the offers
3. Choose category, location, and budget
4. Publish

Interested providers then send applications with their price and a description of how they would do the job.

3. Choose a provider

Compare the applications: look at reviews, number of completed jobs, and verification badges (F-tax, ID verification). You can chat with providers before deciding.

4. Pay securely

When you accept a provider, the payment is reserved in a neutral account (escrow). The money is only paid out once you've approved the completed work. Read more in the article on how payment works.
